Flatpak expose only steam input controller

I am trying to use gfn-electron flatpak in game mode on rog ally x. I am emulating dualsense edge controller via HHD. If I enable steam input for this application, I get weird input issues with ghost inputs. The problem never happens when I disable steam input.

I want to use steam input. How can I expose only steam input virtual controller to this flatpak?
