No it is at step level
Ohh for whatever reason the after the skip delay the workflow was cancelled

We'll keep debugging
Could you please check if you see any error? if delay step is failed due to any issue then workflow will be canceled

I am able to reproduce the issue in skip with delay. I have shared the issue with our team. I will keep you updated

We deployed the fix yesterday. Could you please check again from your side if you are still facing issue?
