System update failed
Hello. New installation of Bazzite and running software updates. most go except for one. Not sure what to do from here as I tried it a couple of times.

Solution
sudo rpm-ostree uninstall lactThe lact system package was deprecated by bazzite it’s recommended you switch to the flatpak.

if you had lact installed previously, then its no longer shipped wwith bazzite and you esentially need to just.. remove it and use the flatpak

No problem. I did the same thing recently too.
things got changed and the ISOs still use fedora 41 for reasons, so yeah
