2 days ago it stopped working and until now it keeps giving the same error with different ips addresses. Is there anything we can do?. or we just have to wait.

Outlook blocks Email Routing all the time. If the emails are important to you, don't use Email Routing.

I think that all the emails that are related to the domain and are addressed to me, I assume that they are important if... "don't use Email Routing." So?.. I just stop receiving messages? 🤔 If you tell me it's a problem with outlook, I'll try to create a gmail account and receive the messages in it, but what's the point of not receiving the emails?. I appreciate the answer, but I don't see much sense in it. Thanks for the information on 'Outlook', I will try to receive the messages in another email. Luckily I didn't pay 20 USD for this kind of answers in support.

Email Routing forwards a lot of spam, so it's regularly blocked by email providers, especially Microsoft. If the emails are important to you, you should use an actual email service rather than free forwarding like Email Routing. Email Routing is unreliable at best and thus should only be used for the purposes of a throwaway address in my opinion, where you need to enter an email address to register for something but aren't actually interested in the emails.

ok, thanks, buy a domain in cloudflare to use it in a professional way and it turns out that I need another extra service to be able to receive mails through this domain. I get it, and now it makes all the sense in the world... Thank you for your time and information. Have a great day.

Yes, correct. Cloudflare doesn't offer email services like many other domain registrars, so you need to buy that extra from another provider.

Yes, exactly. It forwards incoming email to an inbox you already have. You can't send emails at all with email routing.

For that reason alone, many of your customers buy a domain name. Thank you, that was clear to me

It’s arguable. But, everyone has their own options/scopes/methods. Personally, I’d just rather pay for my iCloud+ like I do every month anyways, then just let Cloudflare & Apple figure it out. It solved all my conflicting issues & seems to work really great. Only issue is related to Apple’s “naming conventions”, they’ll put “Your Company, Inc.” as “Inc. Your Company” & it’s a pain in the butt to get your phone to stop using the old cached “YourOnlineUsername” to the “Inc. Your Company”. Other than that, deliverability is basically guaranteed, if all fails it’ll try it’s hardest to fallback to you @icloud.com email. It was a great choice. The Email Routing was being weird & I barely got any emails. If possible, might want to try the Apple iCloud+ Custom Domains. 💯

Was also having problems. Does anyone know if cloudflare is working on getting of that MS blocklist?

This issue was also on 12-05. Does anyone know if it's possible to whitelist email address or Cloudflare IP's to prevent this issue in the future? To be sure, is this post about receiving emails in Cloudflare Routing (e.g. for delivering in a CF worker) from Outlook, or is it about forwarding mails from Cloudflare to an Outlook account? thanks. It seems my customer has more problems with his Outlook365 account, emails to other addresses also fail this week.

Including cloudflare workers?, yes. I tried to use the beta version available for redirecting and even replying to messages that is currently available in cloudflare and still, the messages do not reach a destination email in outlook. no, it is not possible to do this since the same ip address that is used to forward your mails is used by hundreds or thousands of other people using cloudflare. I think there is the possibility to buy dedicated ips and thus be able to use them for your services, but I don't know how it really works.
