However, some mods do still work even with this error, but others, like the one in the picture don't.

Have you previously downgraded your game? It seems SMM is confused about which version you have installed Oh right, somehow you have some older versions of the dedicated server installed, and they're using the same profile so it can't get stuff to work for those and your client Either uninstall or update your dedicated servers or make them use different profiles
