Open-webui

Hello. I had noticed a few days ago an update message for open-webui in the app, but there was no update for the app in Runtipi. I checked today and the version available in the app store is version 0.6.5 and 0.6.6-9 has come out and not made it to the store. I was looking at https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/pkgs/container/open-webui and there are updated images available. I wasn't sure if this was an automated process to pull in new builds or if there was someone that managed the various apps and approved updates.
