Error Pulling Image (unauthorized). Work for US- GA servers, but not anywhere else?
I'm getting this error on most of my instances and they are stuck on intializing. (error pulling image: Error response from daemon: Head "<docker-registry>": unauthorized: incorrect username or password) . US- GA RTX a4000 servers ARE running, but can't get it to work on anything else. Any thing I can do? I've tried generating new credentials.

same issue!!! please help
One moment, I thought we fixed this today :thinkMan:
Are you still seeing this issue? @TOMMY PIXELS
If so, can you provide a pod id or endpoint id?
still getting this:
error pulling image: Error response from daemon: Head "...": unauthorized: incorrect username or password. (ff5ym2k70hnaf8) it is initializing indefinitely.

Are your... credentials wrong :wires:
I'll check to see if we're failing here but we shouldn't be
Yeah, you'll see this error when we try to use
docker login
with the details you provided and they're incorrect.
If you are 100% sure that your credentials are correct can you email support at [email protected]
and tell them you're having this issue? Mention that your credentials are correct but you have a pull error regardless. They should recognize the issue.
You can specify your image name to them (I won't mention it here because you didn't but it starts with docker.io/...)the same credentials are working for some workers but not others. is this an issue that other people have run into?
this has been the case for weeks
It was but we fixed this a long time ago, I think we can fix it manually by having someone literally ssh to the server you're on and remove your image so it forces a repull but that shouldn't be nessecary.
I would offer to do it myself but understandably I don't have root access to our hardware nodes.
what do you recommend i do?
