Otp code not working
#questions Hi admin my old device exploded last month now i got a new device. I am trying to open pubg .i am opening my account with my email which i usually doing on my old device as well now after verifying my email they are asking new device (suspicious activity) and verify your number as well but i am not receiving any otp on my number it been one week i am trying daily. Please help

Hello! Please check if the SMS was marked as spam. If you requested a verification code too frequently, you will have to wait at least 24 hours before trying again.
If the problem persists, please reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to [email protected]....

Had same issue. Plug ur sim in to another phone.
