User is blocked, but logs are empty
Hi, i have collegue working from spain, he tried to connect to our website yesterday night - but could not, got screen similar to website not found, then connected vpn and everything was ok. went to sleep - disconnected vpn after few hours, and website was working ok without vpn. logs in cloudflare shows activity. But few hours earlier - when he tried to work - no logs.. what would cause problems? is there any other log view?

La Liga (Spanish Football league) is blocking many of Cloudflare's IP ranges in Spain due to allegations of football piracy.
As of March 31st, Cloudflare is suing over this indiscriminate blocking. We recommend telling your local government official how this is impacting you.
This blocking impacts a subset of customers. Upgrading your zone plan may resolve the issue, but that is not a guarantee.
If you're an Enterprise customer, you can use Cloudflare BYOIP to use your own IP address and avoid any blocks against Cloudflare CDN IPs.
collegue was trying to connect to website that is behind cloudlfare. but theese tries was not logged in cloudflare dashboard.. also this ip alwways has exception rule - always shows in logs as SKIP. but some days collegue can not work and has to connect vpn. We are concerned that this happens not only with certain spain ip, but other clients and customers of website.. no logs shown, but customers sends printscreens that our website is not accessible..
