Looking for recommendation light weight jacket for windy days.
Hey all. I am looking for some suggestion for a light jacket. I live in a place that is quite windy and I am looking for something to wear on warm-ish but windy days of spring (15-24 °C). I'm not looking for something insulated or waterproof—just something wind-resistant.
I'd prefer something nylon ripstop or similar, durable but not too technical or flashy. Function > form for this one, though I’d still like it to look decent.
I’m probably going to look secondhand, but new reccomendations are welcome (100-150 euros max, I am based in Spain, so something I can find in Europe) so I am looking for ideas of brands or models to look out for. I don’t usually go for much gorp/technical, so I’m a bit lost. I’ve seen some Gramicci nylon jackets that looked nice. So something along those lines, maybe?

Arc'teryx atom lt for the lower end of the Celsius range
Goldwin is also a solid choice overall, they have sales often as well
I have an arc'teryx lightweight gamma softshell that I use in that temp range. It is wind-resistant while still being breathable. Not sure if that's too technical for you or not, but I love that jacket.
on the more budget end Columbia and North Face make good wind breakers as well
Maybe this from Uniqlo? https://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/products/E464918-000/00?colorDisplayCode=69&sizeDisplayCode=002

Thanks for the recs I will keep and eye for arc teryx on vinted if something came up. They look a little bit to gorp, but the seems well built.
If not, I will save that Uniqlo on my bookmarks, I really like how that looks
If you want gorp, you could check out either windshirts or softshells. Windshirts are the lightest, often nylon without insulation. Softshells feel more like windproof, lightly insulated and water resistant fleece. You can check patagonia houdini for the golden standard of windshirts. And there's thousands of different softshells on vinted, by brands like north face, arcteryx or other outdoorsy brands. Also there's a lot of anorak windbreakers bij Napapijri on vinted, they were very trendy a few years back.
If that's too gorpy for you, you could check out something more gorp inspired like nanamica, they have beautiful stuff
And if thats still too gorpy why not just get a denim or chore jacket?
