First the parabola should be downward facing => a<0;
Observe that f(2)=0 and f(0)=6>0 so so we need three negative integral values of x for which f(x) is positive they are gonna be -1,-2,-3 so f(-4)<=0 and f(-3)>0 is the condition we impose
