Coz maximum prob regions would be just some limited discrete pts but with those discrete pts it would be not be possible to draw atomic orbitals, so better to take high density regions rather than a few "max" prob density pts.

Hmm may be, but what i mean is that max prob will be at a few limited pts. rather than a whole region, high prob can give you regions to plot atomic orbitals not just MAX

its actually probablity density thts why check the green box in pg no 54 in new ncert last point point no 5 @Percy and @Gamertug

it is but think of it as a wave function not the usual thinking of atomic orbital as a space
