Overdraw Prevention complete disable?

I've searched the help me threads as much as I can and as much as they have helped I'm wondering if there is a way to disable it so that I can use freecam to get really close to the LODs, the most I could get it down to is 0.001 and nothing lower and there is still a noticeable sphere around the camera
