WSK on a ”Mac”
recall my aborted attempt at using WSK on appleTV, and then subsequent I fell back to using an IPAD “mirrored” to appleTV which is in turn connected to my chartplotter screens via HDMI/VGA.
… works but kinda “clunky”…
Q: am i correct that WSK will work (as is?) on a “Mac OS” device?
if above is correct, Im thinking a second hand small footprint/low power “mac capable” hardware/SW with VGA/HDMI output that
fits permanently behind dash (needs to be “hands off”) .
if u have any suggestions ….

example something like this?
i know that WSK needs a more recent IOS version (cant recall the minimum it needs) .. but not sure how this relates to Mac OS?

.. and i know that “older” hw is not supported by laater versions of OS…
som trying to work out what generation of a mac mini or similar would support needed version of OS and hence run WSK.?
