Gameplay management, age restriction

Hello,

After a recent update, a popup appeared during which I may have mistakenly selected an incorrect option, resulting in my account being set to an age under 18. Since then, I've been facing gameplay restrictions and am frequently redirected to the login screen after a few matches. I want to clarify that I am 26 years old and have valid identification documents such as my CNIC, driver’s license, or passport. Unfortunately, the system currently does not allow me to manually update this setting, and it's affecting my access to the game. I have an active battle pass and have spent real money on in-game purchases. Please understand that waiting for a month to resolve this issue is not reasonable, especially when it involves paid content.
