What to wear with a sage summer suit?
Hi, I am looking for feedback. I don't wear suits anymore so I am a bit out of it. I have my eyes set on this summer suit and was thinking of a light cream shirt to go with. I was thinking of maybe monochrone with a paler shade of sage or maybe off white? As for shoes, loafers? What about Stacy Adams Madison in taupe although that's probably a no, right?

I think monochrome would work, reminds me of this auralee look. off white or cream also be great
both this pic and the one you shared have gone for a darker brown, so I'd maybe go with that
I'm not feeling those shoes personally
have a similar colored suit - i usually wear off-white or pale colored button ups though have snuck some more interesting base layers/shoes in
i also am not a fan of those shoes - imo brown loafers (leather or suede) or huaraches, or even low off-white sneakers would work well
Yea, 2nd on the shoes not being great. The color's in a weird place that would stick out more than make a cohesive look imo
I'd go with a black/dark brown to be safe if you're going with a white shirt, but can also see like a snuff suede or something be ok

you're probably selling yourself short 👍 the more you wear tailoring the more you get used to it and the easier it becomes to switch things up
