New EVENT-Based event/alert : Stream started
May i do a suggestion ? In event based it would be great to have "Stream start" event 
I created a layer as a waiting page when i start my stream, but today i need to run a command to show it it can be good to have this event, like that it will be possible to show a full screen layer like other overlay tool do what do you think ?
