QtMultimedia Randomly Causing Green Artifacting

Me and Yukidream are having issues where things using QtMultimedia like Wallpaper engine and Spectacle (idk what else atm) causes green artifacting. I can fix the wallpaper engine by going into settings and changing video backend from QtMultimedia to Mpv and its fine. Problem is Spectacle does not have an option like that so I cannot further fix nor test. Will attach screenshots momentarily.
