Not able to upload STLs/3MFs to VC4 IDEX

Not even sure where to start with this one lol. The printer is built and working other than a few issues I need to figure out but the one that is effecting my ability the most to print is not being able to upload files over RatOS. When I try to upload the file ratOS tries to download the file but it fails every time I try. Ive tried all the normal stuff like restarting the machine and trying files that my vcore 3.1 has no issue completing the download. SO yeah! not sure what my issues is here lol
