I lost access to my email I need to change it, I have recovery key, what's the email support?

I'm sorry for pinging again, It's just It's my first time with Ente. Do you know how long does it take for them to reply? 24h business hours maybe? Thanks
We usually respond within 24-48 hours. In this case, Support will have a few verification questions you'll need to answer for security reasons, so there'll be another round trip - but it'll get sorted out.
