Local Dev with Supabase and Zero Sync

I am working with Zero-Sync and was wanting to use the Local setup with Supabase to connect to it. Based off the setup requiring Direct Connection and an IPv4 compatible is there a way once our supabase project is setup with Direct Connection and IPv4 is there a way to have that reflected in our local project?

Or should that matter?
