Fortnite is crashing when launching
When I try to launch fortnite from the Heroic Games Launcher it crashes. I enabled the "install broken or rejected Anticheat games" in the advanced settings.

I enabled the "install broken or rejected Anticheat games" in the advanced settingsAs Heroic repeatedly tells you, enabling this option does not "fix" those games. Fortnite can't be played on anything other than Windows

I'm on Linux (ubuntu)
So I'm not able to play fortnite on ubuntu?
You've seen this message when initially trying to install the game. It explains that the game will not work
You then see this message when trying to enable "Allow installation of games with broken or denied anticheat"

We wouldn't put these messages into Heroic if they wouldn't be true

So I'm not able to play fortnite on ubuntu? Not even single player?
Technically there isn't really "Singleplayer" in Fortnite. Everything is behind the anti-cheat (which isn't configured to run on Linux)
Nothing you can do about it sadly
Fortnite does not support operating systems other than Windows. This is a deliberate decision made by the game publishers, there's nothing we can do about it.
The only way you can play this game on these OSs is through cloud gaming (GeForce NOW / Amazon Luna / etc.)
