Domain R2 Error?

Hello so this is my first time ever using cloudflare and setting up my own domain Serumz.vip

I try to add it to my online shop but ends up giving me this error and I have absolutely no idea wether to fix this error and was hoping to get a response here so I can get my domain up and working
