I want something with plenty of movement, not too stiff, and very low maintenance Also, the more lightweight and breathable, the better. I live in a city wear temperatures average between 18-35°c throughout the year, mostly 25-35°c for majority of the year

25c is well above what I would consider comfortable for orslow sateen, even the herringbone is probably too heavy.

I have a pair of these. They are fairly lightweight. I wouldn't say they are as breathable as linen, lighter weight than most chinos I've had. I'd be fine wearing them to an office job in the summer here.

Comfortable. They aren't stiff, but not stretchy like pants with spandex.
