tried with no mods andd no resource pack
still the same
Try disabling tint with avoided blocks
It that works it is in fact indended
Grass has a fade from green (grass) to brown (dirt)
Petals block, the samll purple flowers might tint the green part ot grass from green to pink
Weird interaction, but logicaly makes sense
