WONT SAVE/NO MESSAGE
Issue Description:
Ive built a full overlay but it wont save no matter what I do
Error Message:
I get no error message, no save message, nothing
Browser you use:
I have used both Chrome and Safari for this issue.
Expected Behavior:
My overlay should just save and let me use it but no save happens when i click on the button and it continues to delete all the work I have done.
Additional Context:
I stream on console so I am designing my overlay on a laptop and then trying to save and activate it.
Attempts to Solve:
Ive cleared my browsing history on both browsers (including cookies and cache), Ive restarted my laptop several times, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled chrome, Ive tried to even have someone else make the overlay and try to activate it from their side onto my channel and it just wont save.

@Zealous You can’t save your overlay in the builder?
What happens if you create a new overlay, just add one layer and save? Does that work?
Yes it wont save on the builder, i can add layers but it wont save and when i go to leave the page it says that all the work is unsaved
Can you upload a screenshot of the builder before you try to save?
yeah one sec, let me add a layer cuz it cleared everything out rq
for reference i had a lot more but im just trying to troubleshoot the save function atm lol
So when you click save, nothing happens?
nothing, it shows me clicking the button but no save

Can you sign out and then sign back into Overlay Expert?
ive done that but i had to clear my cookies again to just do that. even then after adding a layer and trying to save its doing the same thing

I think i figured it out
it had something to do with my connections on my profile

once i just deleted everything but my twitch it started working on my settings page

So you unlinked your Twitch and that allowed you to save?
no i unlinked all my socials but my twitch and it started working

What socials did you have linked before?
i had my facebook. twitter, and youtube connected. I think its because the last time i tried to use this i was under a different name and those accounts didnt exist anymore? something simple like that maybe
So did you signed in with your new Twitch for the first time?
i signed in with my twitch account, all i did was change the name on the old account to what it is now, however because the twitter account and youtube accounts didnt exist anymore I dont think it could save without those being real accounts? Ive used this program before but havent since I changed names

Yeah I think maybe the app thought you were logged in when you actually were not authenticated.
You still should have gotten some error message though so I will look into this further.
