Transferring a domain between two CloudFlare accounts
The person that owned the domain in question unfortunately passed away earlier this year, so we are trying to transfer it to my account. We got access to his account, and have initiated the transfer after exporting/importing the DNS data to a new setup in my account, but it seems to have an issue with my DNS servers being ashton/anna, but his existing DNS servers being thea/graham (both being at *.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM). There is no obvious way to change it on either end.
Cloudflare's support system seems to have trouble today, so I am asking here instead.
