Should i leave pubg

My account was hacked and tbh pubg is not helping at all they can sending same reply on gmail and in game its showing 3month wait And discord live apply was rejected

Solution:

Each user can only submit one request using the form, if you submit more than once it will not show up on the sheet anymore. If the result of your request on the sheet turns out to be rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service if you still require assistance
