Prom suit

Im in senior year of high school and prom is coming up soon and I was looking for a suit, I know it is last minute but I was hoping for some advice as to what to get from you guys. my budget is around 350 USD (not much more) and the stores in my small city arent really great. I got moores but that's pretty much it and I thought online would have better value. I was thinking of a more loose fitting suit as in older American style suits like this picture of Oppenheimer but with no vest. I just want to hear what you guys think I should do for it. side note I have shoes so im mainly looking for nice pleated pants jacket tie and shirt. but I also have a RL shirt I could use

IMO for the style you are looking for getting some solid measurements and hitting ebay is gonna be your best friend here

Rule of thumb you will want to know your shoulder, chest, arm, waist, and inseam measurements for this And probably leg opening if you’re trying to have pants similar to mr Oppenheimer

This doesn’t include waist and inseam I don’t think but it covers most of the basics If you drop your measurements in here we can also maybe help find stuff for you

armani on TRR, esp the older style cuts https://www.therealreal.com/products?keywords=armani&taxons[]=1185 just make sure you know your measurements but even then hard to kinda tell without the tagged sizes, so ebay may be a better bet if u can see pics of the tag tho TRR is easier for returns but realistically id probably just rent a suit/tuxe

yeah renting is the easier/safer option for sure. it really depends how much effort/time you want to put into this.

Renting is probably the best bet with a time crunch involved. Rent a suit for prom and then hunt down what you want when you have time to be picky
