Storage Template enabled, files still uploaded to upload folder
I believe this started happening after I moved immich to another machine. I believe I followed the migration process properly and everything else seems to be working. When I upload new photos, they are put into the upload folder instead of the library folder even with my storage template enabled. I don't see any errors in the verbose logs.
I've tried disabling/enabling storage template as well as changing the template. Still not being used.
Also, the newly uploaded photos, which are put into the upload folder, get "error loading image"
