Grass not loading outside java render distance
I'm not sure why this issue is occuring but there's no grass, or flowers on top of the ground outside the java render distance. Also the textures appear to be simplified versions of the original

Set blocks to ignore to NONE if you want flowers and such to be visible in LODs
DH LODs don't use block textures
They have a single colour and apply some noise to it
You can control the intensity and the resolution on the noise in DH settings

i found it
but for some reason the grass and flowers have been replaced with blocks
DH can’t render anything smaller then a full block
I've seen people be able to see grass far away though
It couldn’t be with DH then, or they just had higher vanilla RD
Bobby preserves textures and renders full quality blocks, but it has much much lower performance
You can go 1024 with DH and maybe 96 with Bobby
Also Bobby just by existing will decrease your fps by 0 to 70 % depending on your luck

C2ME and also allow higher vanilla RD
It doesn’t have the existing fps decrease bug
So I would say C2ME is much better then Bobby
It also generates chunks and not only displayed them if you explored before
But as it also renders full quality it also has bigger fps impact

I might try Bobby then
And see how that goes
Because I hate seeing stuff render as I walk
