Lift or review a penalty
I just want a company to conduct a simple investigation into the penalty on my account. The sad thing is that my account was banned on the basis that I am not the owner of the account and I am the official owner of the account and I am the one who started it from scratch and nothing is found in it except that I am the one who paid for it and even because no one can reach it except me. There is one email in it and it is my personal email, so how can the account not be my account? I want a simple look into the penalty directed at the account.
