DH 1.19.2 Beta 2.3.2 miss-compare with Oculus
DH 1.19.2 Beta 2.3.2 forge/fabric show Oculus 1.8+ as a dependency, even though Oculus stops at version 1.6.9a on 1MC .19.2

That is correct. You need oculus 1.8 to be able to use it with dh. Since there is no oculus 1.8 on 1.19.2, you can't use oculus with DH on 1.19.2
