Mac os safari can't download on shared link
Hi,
I create this post to get your advise, maybe this issue is all ready known.
When I share an album, my friend who use safari can't download it, the share is always in https and i have proxy my Immich with Cloudflare free plan.
When they click on download all, the download star but block at 4% or else and nothing else happen,
maybe its just a configuration on there OS or browser but i don't no, I never had the issue on chrome.
Do you guys have any idea from where this issue could come from ?

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close
command, and re-open it later if needed.Does it work if they attempt to download using IPADDRESS:PORT connection? It's probably something with cloudflare or reverse proxy if you have one
With my external ip it's not possible, I didn't open the port
you would have to test it at home using local IP and port 2283
I did and it doesn't work either
