API Token Error: 7003
I am using an application called Maximo Application Suite with cloudflare support etc. and I am seeing the logs the following error:

while querying the Cloudflare API for DELETE "/zones//dns_records/4fdfe355a062538b951ff560b6782874"
Error: 7003: Could not route to /client/v4/zones/dns_records/4fdfe355a062538b951ff560b6782874, perhaps your object identifier is invalid?
I have looked through my API Token and permissions at the account level not the zone level and I cannot seem to get past the error.
for Permissions I have given Zone > Zone read and edit, Zone > DNS read and edit, Zone DNS settings read and edit, Zone - SSL/TLS read and edit.
