Fit check this RTW jacket?
Please ignore the the rest of the outfit. Mainly need help on the jacket.
Is it normal for the sleeves to bunch up like that?
Does the armhole look good enough?
Is there a way I can fix them through alteration?

And no, custom tailoring is not an option at the moment, unfortunately.

the bunching is a mix of your range of motion and, to an extent, the armhole being either too high or too oblong
whether it looks good depends on your judgment - imo it looks the worst in 1/3 where your arms are bent the most. fixing it is likely not easy, as a tailor will probably need to reshape or re-cut the actual armhole.
if it's a bother i'd look for a different suit (and one with a longer jacket)
