banned for use of third party tools
I got banned 4 days ago for the use of third party tools but I have never used any third party software, I have made a ticket with Riot but they dont help me. Can someone help me.

@Kris I have already tried, I have made 4 tickets trying to explain to them what might of happened but they wont listen. all I get is copy past answers or bot massages.
they need to improve there support system

Ok let's break this down real quick, I understand you are upset, but you had a person/agent (NOT a bot) 4 times check deeply into the matter and say that it was rightly given. They say they close the ticket, and you create another one. As for "just the same response", they say there is nothing they can do and you keep going again and again and again so what else do you expect? As the famous quote goes "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
yeah am going insane, I feel hope less and help less right now. Any person would if your time, money, blood sweat and tears are just getting taken a way from you. wouldn't you feel the same?
This one right here, shows a penalty was rightly given it's our policy to close the ticket.
