+50 ping ONLY in valorant

As the title says. I've tested on speedtest, other games, tried every fix online and still nothing. ONLY valorant is having this issue, and I cannot for the life of me fix it.

and what ping did you have before and what ping do you have now
Australia, Sydney server, Telstra is my ISP.
i normally get 60-70 ping, its 120 constant as of today. every other game is 60, so its not my internet

tracerts fail within telstra's network...
the ping is unrelated because its mobile data, but uh yeah so somethings up here
it seems to be only these ips failing

also uh. idk if im dumb but i dont think that a traceroute should go from the north of australia to the south, to the west, and get stuck at the west

this is one to 8.8.8.8 the third ip shows up as bogon

Your provider is sharing only some of their public IP prefixes to us in Mumbai, your friend have an IP address from different prefix range. I reached out to TATA play to fix this

eeee wild guessing but
likely probably maybe perhaps using tools like BGP looking glasses or route servers to see which IP prefixes are being advertised in different locations and by checking what prefixes are visible in Mumbai, they noticed your friend's IP range was different. And maybe reached out using channels like NOC emails

so say if its a isp limited to a small district or a city, if they do not contact riot and just exist as it is and then someone from their internet tries to go into valorant
