MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED BY A RUSSIAN

Can anyone help me figure something out I lost my account to a Russian last day and I don't know what to do. So I tried submitting a ticket but I don't have enough proof because It was a long time when I made the account and I was still a kid at that time but I do have proof of transactions and the cards I used to buy. So uh any recommendations would be nice.
