You can also submit a recovery request via the community support form if your in-game account recovery claim was rejected.
Fastest reply I got was around 7 minutes and longest it has taken for me was around 2-3 days. Hope this helps👍🏼

@N12 I Have a friend who lost his acct to a hacker. We had video proof (I streamed it), and submitted pics and nothing. They sold his acct and the hacker gloated over the fact PUBG mobile would never do anything about it. They never did. I hope you get your acct back.
