Email link change issue

hi there, i am having an issue, i have email attached to my account which i donot have access to now as it is no longer available to login in gmail even. I want to change my email as i only have another link which is twitter and today pubg displayed a notification that there some issues going on with twitter login. I tried to contact in game support and reported the issue in security centre as well multiple times, been a year since i am trying to do so. Kindly help me for this, i want to change my email link. The reason i don’t have is my mobile was stolen a year ago, and the sim card number on which the gmail was, that sim card belong to a person who deceased so i wasnot able to get the replacement of the sim card. So, kindly help

Hello! The X login issue is temporary. You will be able to access your account back once the issue is resolved by the X team. Once the issue is resolved, you will need to submit a claim in-game to have your email address and mobile numbermanually unlinked by the customer service. To do this, tap on the Customer Service tab > Unlinking Accounts > Submit Claim. You will receive your claim results in-game and if your claim is successful, the email address and mobile number which are currently linked to your account will be unlinked....

If it's rejected I suggest contacting the customer service for assistance. You can also submit a recovery request from https://pubgmobile.live/support in case you did not get a positive result from the in-game tool. Keep in mind that since this is a recovery request, every login method linked to your account will be removed if your request is accepted. A new email address, which players can include on the form, will be linked instead.
