Retrieve public templates via REST API

Is there a way to fetch the public templates (the ones listed on https://www.runpod.io/console/explore)? The /templates endpoint only returns the templates I’ve created.

Is there a way to fetch the public templates (the ones listed on https://www.runpod.io/console/explore)? The /templates endpoint only returns the templates I’ve created.
