I finally got unbanned from Valorant and created a new account. I completed the tutorial, then went to sleep. Today, when I turned on my PC, I realized my account is permanently locked. I don’t know how this happened can you please explain?

also when i opened another account am not banned at all i dont get the al -152 or something
i just went into the tuto again but i wish this time i dont get account locked again
