DNS error about IP exposition

- I have an A record which points to an IP at subdomain summer.@
- I have a CNAME record at www.summer.@
- On the CNAME I get this error:

This record exposes the IP address used in the A record on summer.@. Enable the proxy status to protect your origin server. Learn more.

- Both domains are orange cloud.
