From March 8 to March 27, I logged in and used the account on my personal device. However, on March 27, 2025, my account was stolen and I lost access. After that, I noticed unusual activity and changes that I didn’t make. My actual phone model is Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but in the system it shows as Xiaomi Redmi 10X 4G — this is how the device is identified in PUBG records. I can also provide purchase receipts, previous emails, and other information to prove ownership.
