Uniqlo essentials/warm weather ideas
Hey all, going back through my closet and with summer approaching I'm looking for some ideas. I hear good things about uniqlo but every time I go in I don't really know where to start.
What are some good basics essentials/warm weather options (I'm a really warm guy, swear a good bit so good flow/material is important) that can be picked up from uniqlo? I know their airism line exists but was possibly only in oversized tees?
Anyways thank in advance

The airism undershirts are nice because they don’t soak up as much sweat as other undershirts ime
The linen button ups they sell this time of the year are also a good choice
Good for wearing closed or open with a ribbed tank underneath (oh wow they sell those there too?)
They have a lot of technical fabrics that are good for warm weather as part of their ongoing collaboration with Toray
Airsense, airism, etc
Are they good? I find tech fabrics feel like "golf shirts" or something...always have a slight sheen (I hope that makes sense). But I'll definitely check them out
I’d pay the store a visit and see how you feel about the fabrics
The tech fabric stuff I’ve tried on feels different from say, a fully poly exercise shirt
personally hate the airism shirt feel but they cuts are good and a lot of people like them
definitely touch them or order with ability to return
airism shit makes me feel sweatier & worse so ymmv. I really just don't like uniqlo tees as an offering tbh.
the uniqlo u wide cargo pants are lightweight and v breathable, and the broadcloth oversized shirts are v easy to wear in hot weather.
Realistic answer is that they're good for the price.
You can also look for coolmax which is a branded type of tech fabric that J.crew, Banana Republic, and a lot of other brands use in semi-technical blends if you want something that feels and looks more natural

I don't like Uniqlo as much as others here do (except their thermals which I like a lot), but their camp collar stuff is good and the wide leg drawstring cargo/chino is solid
