VCore 500 Bed

Hey guys need some support. I finally got everything built and running well, but here is the issue. My bed looks like a soup bowl. There is a ripple in the back right corner that moves if I rotate the PEI Sheet, so I know the issue there. Weird thing is if I get z-offset low enough in the front, it is too close in the back. Bed Mesh compensation is running, I can see the z screws rotating. Is this a warped bed, or a bowed gantry? I have squared the frame and made sure all my linear rails are tight.

Just to add. I can get the whole perimeter in green to level, but once I get there, the red section is way too close. If I back off to get the red area offset good, I get too far from the bed in the front and the bead doesn't stick.

If I'm reading this right, you have a 500 and you're off by 0.287mm. I'm sure someone will be along to suggest improving it, but that's already very very good.

Right? Other than using tape under, how am I going to improve it? My 350 Voron works fine with a bigger variation than that. I think My old CR-10 S5 with BL touch was worse than that as well and didn't have a problem. It's just weird to me, the result doesn't seem to match what I am seeing in my mesh.

if you want to verify if it is the bed for the gantry, try rotating the bed or flipping it over and see if the mesh follows the bed changes. If not, it is probably the gantry

I rotated, same results, and the little ripple moved to the next corner. So Im thinking i need to one by one lossen the corners and lower them ever so slightly. Only issue I see there is the front rails aren't really movable with the support extrusions. So replaced the buildplate and made sure everything was square and level. Beacon test shows low gantry twist now and the ripple stays in place when rotating the plate. Variance is only .159mm which is fantastic for this size bed. Something else is going on for sure.
