Can't launch epic games on steamdeck + other issues
I'm trying to use Heroic on steamdeck. In all transparency, I'm a noob regarding all things Linux. When I try to launch games, Heroic says 'Launching'... but the game doesn't launch and I can only try to use the play button again to no avail. Here is the general log file of Heroic: https://0x0.st/8xLn.log
I've also had issues when trying to launch Gwent (GOG platform), but maybe this is more a game-related issue then a general Heroic issue since I can open launch that game.
I'll try to follow up on answers here when I can, I'm a new dad and things a bit chaotic. Thanks!

Thank you for your help, I'm able to launch games now. I still have some issues with individual games but I'll try something or I'll create a thread if needed.
Maybe before I mark this as fixed, do you know of a key combination to get out of a game in desktop mode? (In windows I would use alt F4 or Ctrl alt delete). Sometimes I get 'locked' in a game and I can't use the steam button or the menus buttons to get out.

binding a button to Alt+F4 is your only real option. there is a force quit chord of Steam+hold B, but that only works for Steam games
