Friend can't queue anything
Trying to play with one of my friends. Game won't let him queue for anything other than customs. Won't let him send or receive invites either.
-Queue timer doesn't even show up when he presses play. Nothing happens.
-He is not currently banned or restricted from matchmaking in any way.
-He is playing on Xbox.
-He has tried logging out and logging back in, restarting his Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling the game. None of these things work.
-He has contacted Riot support and the above solutions I mentioned are the only things so far that have been suggested to him.
Anyone know if this is just a bug or any potential solutions?
