Paying for Pro but dashboard says "free"

Submitted a ticket ~10 days ago with no responses. Looking for help.

We currently spend ~$500 a month on cloudflare for various services. We recently noticed that our dashboard was downgraded silently and have been unable to access any Cloudflare Pro features, despite paying for them.

Hoping to get a human to intervene here, as my support ticket has just been met with automated responses.

I'm not expecting much here, just someone to fix our account and give us access to the features we're paying for. This shouldn't take over a week with 0 responses.
